Thank you for purchasing from Oh My Underwear! Your order is on its way.

Shipping time is between 14-28 days from when you place your order. If you don't see any movement on your order for more than 7 days, please contact us!

And remember, if you ordered more than one item, it could show up in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, or anything that happens to a package once it is in the hands of your local Postal Service.

Once the postal service delivers a package to the delivery address, even if it is left on your porch or in a communal hallway outside your door in an apartment, it is considered delivered.
